1.Pricing
All prices on this website are in UK pounds sterling and include vat at the current rate. All prices are clearly stated throughout the site, We will monitor and adjust prices regularly to ensure that we always offer the best possible value for money. We therefore reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

2.To place an order

By phone: (01245) 213174 and (01245) 213175. Payment by cheque and goods despatched once cheque is cleared.
By post to: Unit B, Chelford Court, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 3AG. Payment by cheque and goods despatched once cheque is cleared.

3.Payment
You must pay for your order before it is despatched and you can do so by PayPal or cheque as set out above.
If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by PayPal and be aware of the increased delivery costs.

4.Availability
We try to keep tomorrowsworld.uk.com as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular product will always be available. If we can't supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.
All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel the order and we will refund the money you have paid . Alternatively you can wait until we re-stock.

5.Children
Tomorrowsworld.uk.com does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use tomorrowsworld.uk.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

6.Delivery
Tomorrowsworld.uk.com deliver to destinations inside and outside of the UK. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.

UK delivery charges:
Standard delivery (1-3 days) £3.95.
Express delivery (next day) £5.95.

International delivery charges:
European & International delivery (3-14 days) £14.00.

All orders to European addresses are despatched via Airmail or an international courier service. We normally despatch orders within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. You can expect to receive your items within 3-14 working days after you have placed your order, depending on where the order is being delivered to.
Please contact us for delivery charges outside the European Union.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on tomorrowsworld.uk.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the products are not delivered within the quoted estimated delivery time, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 1-3 days (standard delivery), Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.
Please order from tomorrowsworld.uk.com with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as tomorrowsworld.uk.com cannot be responsible for this. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7.Returns, exchanges and faulty goods.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must return it unused in original packaging and condition within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, (excluding postal and packaging costs) "you will be responsible for paying the return postage costs"
All items are checked before despatch. In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us in writing within 28 days to info@tomorrowsworld.uk.com and we will arrange a full refund or exchange and provide you with instructions on returning the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please obtain a proof of posting certificate at the Post Office if returning the item, as we can not be held responsible for items that do not reach us. We only pay return postage if the goods are faulty.
